| The third dog at Winfree was a blue roan puppy out of my
Maidavale Mariner-ex-Soho Precisely. "Spanky" was the first for many
things at Winfree. He was the first dog to carry the Winfree prefix and he
was the first English Cocker that I ever finished. Spanky finished at
sixteen months of age, three times going Best of Breed over Specials.
Spanky finished his Canadian championship in August of 1984, making him my first
Canadian Champion. Spanky was my first group placing dog and also the first to
receive a Group One. Spanky was also quite the stud dog. He produced multiple champions and Group placers. 1. Ch. Winfree's Authentic Design, C.D. |
